Louisiana Renaissance Festival

The Village of Albright, the fictitious name given to the English village at the Louisiana Renaissance Festival, is scheduled for another successful season on November 3-4, 10-11, 17-18, and 23-25, 2018. The Festival takes place at 46468 River Road, Hammond, LA 70401 from 9:45 AM till dusk, rain or shine. The Renaissance Festival is a combination theme park, shopping adventure and educational experience. The performances/demonstrations involve topics such as jousting, juggling, glass blowing, puppet shows, magic shows and much more. When you get hungry, check out the food courts that are scattered throughout the festival grounds. For shopping, check out the unique and diverse selection of shops and goods, such as the Muscovy Trading Company that sells 16th century style men’s and women’s clothing, A Roguish Highlander that sells kilts and accoutrements, Past Tyme Perfumerie for fragrances and exotic oils, and many, many other shops.
