What's the neighborhood like? Fontainebleau was established in 1992 and the nearly 250 homes in the subdivision today include a mix of both families and retirees. The neighborhood has a lovely Property Owners Association that organizes
events and helps out residents on the FPOA Facebook page. The homes you would expect to find for sale in Fontainebleau Subdivision usually
have between 4 and 5 bedrooms and offer from 2,500 to 3,500 square feet of living space. Most of the homes were built in a traditional, Acadian, or French country style; many of the original homes have been remodeled and now boast beautiful crown
molding, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Some of these lovely homes are set on lots partially surrounded by woods, bordered by one of the neighborhood's gorgeous green spaces. Others are situated on one of the walking/running
