Why do people live here?
Quail Creek is one of the most popular communities in Mandeville. The subdivision is located off of Louisiana Highway 1088, near I-12. This area is home to shopping centers, restaurants, and family-friendly parks. This great community offers its residents a wealth of amenities like a clubhouse, swimming pool, sports fields, and a gorgeous pond stocked with fish too! The neighborhood's Property Owners Association runs a website updated with community events, a directory for child care and dog sitters, as well as all of the POA contact information.

What's the neighborhood like?
Quail Creek Subdivision is comprised of 457 homes, most of which are built in a Traditional style and a few that are Continental or French Country styles. Most of the homes you would expect to find for sale in Quail Creek have around 2000 square feet of living space and a split floor plan. Most homes offer between 3 and 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Some are modeled to include a mother-in-law or guest suite. Most homes were built in the 1990's; however, many have been remodeled in recent years to include attractive features such as stainless steel appliances as well as granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms.

What's going on near Quail Creek?
Quail Creek's active Property Owners Association makes community life a joy! Events like Christmas Breakfast with Santa, a children's Mardi Gras Parade, Easter Egg Hunt, and an Independence Day pool party are a good time for all families. The POA works to cultivate a tight-knit and friendly setting where many feel that "your neighbors are also your family." Near the subdivision, there are many great dining options to satisfy any craving. Cafe Lynn provides a French fine dining experience while Kazuko offers a casual place for sushi lovers. Mandeville Seafood specializes in local seafood favorites, and the Triple Nickel Grill is great for a quick bite to eat. Many residents also enjoy various outdoor recreation activities in the area.  Fontainebleau State Park is a nearby haven for days outdoors, and Pelican Park offers organized little league teams as well as many other sporting options for adults and children alike!
