If you are an enthusiast of oddities and the bizarre, check out the Abita Mystery Museum in the small town of Abita Springs, LA! The Museum is a roadside attraction located at 22275 Hwy. 36, Abita Springs, LA 70420. You enter the Museum through a 1930’s style gas station, and once inside, you will see a variety of oddities to both amuse and amaze you! For example, there is a house covered with thousands of glass shards, a flying saucer crashed into a trailer, Darryl the “Dogigator” (half dog, half alligator), hundreds of collectibles and memorabilia. The Museum is so outlandish that it is definitely worth a visit. For additional information, click the following link: www.louisiananorthshore.com.
